Surcharge Communication

Due to significant increases in the cost of raw materials and energy prices by recent global events, Cortland International Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively “Cortland”) has implemented the Surcharges indicated below on all outstanding quotes, purchase orders received but not confirmed or blanket orders with shipment dates beyond April 15, 2026.

The surcharge below is calculated on raw material and energy pricing provided by our primary suppliers. Considering that raw material price fluctuations are happening in rapid succession, the normal indexes like Platts are not keeping pace with the changes.

Net/Cages – Additional surcharge of INR 2/Kg is to be applied towards energy escalation

Base price as of March 1, 2026, will be maintained for all orders. Validity for base price is 30 days (as normal) from date of quotation.
Surcharge will be updated every Monday of the week or if there is +/- 5% change from Cortland International primary raw material vendor.
Quotes will include the Surcharge on the effective date of the Quote. The actual Surcharge applied to an order will be the effective Surcharge on the date the PO is received and confirmed.
All Surcharges are subject to change.
