Tufcort

Tufcort is an advanced braided knotted netting designed for demanding applications such as aquaculture for predator application as robust fencing. This intellectual property-protected product features a multi-component reinforced core that provides an exceptional strength, highest cut resistance in segment, high mesh stiffness, long-term dimensional stability, core protection and UV protection areas where conventional netting often underperforms.

Construction
Tufcort is manufactured with a high-performance, engineered HDPE monofilament outer cover, combined with an advanced reinforced core consisting of HMPE tape, polyester cord, stainless steel wire, and an engineered core protection agent to prevent the ingress of sea debris. This hybrid construction provides high mechanical strength while maintaining stiffness and durability in service.

Structural Performance
The braided knotted design forms a compact, uniform mesh that improves load distribution and dimensional stability. The reinforced core increases mesh stiffness and overall net rigidity, enhancing resistance to deformation under impact and operational loads.
